What to expect
You send photos and a few details
The quote form takes two minutes. Photos of the driveway, garage floor or patio let us sort easy jobs from ones that need a visit.
We look at the surface
We check age, cracks, moisture and staining, and tell you what will work and what will not. If a slab is not a good candidate, we say so.
You get a written number
Scope, method and price in one place before any work is scheduled. No surprises on the day.
We do the work and walk it with you
Wash, seal or coat, then a walkthrough. You get care instructions and cure times that match your product and weather.
The washing method, in short
- Look and test. We check the surface, the stain and what is around it (plants, gaps in siding, window seals) before choosing pressure and detergent.
- Pre-treat. Algae and mildew are killed at the root with a cleaning solution that dwells on the surface. Pressure alone only removes the top layer.
- Wash. Concrete gets a rotary surface cleaner for even lines. Siding, fences and wood get lower pressure so the material is not damaged.
- Rinse and walk it. We rinse runoff away from beds and drains, then walk the job with you before we leave.
