How a job goes
Look and test
We check the surface, the stain and what is around it (plants, gaps in siding, window seals) before choosing pressure and detergent.
Pre-treat
Algae and mildew are killed at the root with a cleaning solution that dwells on the surface. Pressure alone only removes the top layer.
Wash
Concrete gets a rotary surface cleaner for even lines. Siding, fences and wood get lower pressure so the material is not damaged.
Rinse and walk it
We rinse runoff away from beds and drains, then walk the job with you before we leave.

Red clay
Piedmont clay carries iron oxide. It tracks onto driveways and splashes up siding, and it can leave an orange tint that needs the right cleaner, not just more pressure.
Pollen season
Pine and oak pollen peaks in spring. Washing at the very start of the season means doing it twice, so we usually schedule after the heaviest weeks pass.
Humidity and shade
Shaded, north-facing concrete and siding stay damp, which is what algae wants. Cleaning it is half the job. Letting it dry out is the other half.
HOA neighborhoods

Common questions
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or siding?
It can if pressure is too high or the nozzle is too close. Concrete tolerates strong pressure with a surface cleaner. Vinyl siding, wood, and older mortar need lower pressure and soft-wash chemistry. We pick the method per surface.
How often should a driveway be washed?
In the humid Triangle, shaded driveways often show algae within a year. Sunny ones may go longer. Sealing afterward slows the return.
Can you remove rust and oil stains?
Often improved, sometimes not fully gone. Rust and old oil soak into concrete, so we test a spot and tell you what to expect before we start.
